Lewell Molen
Lewell is the president of ATS Records and producer at MoJo Music and Production, the in-house studio at ATS Records. He has operated the studio for over 20 years has spent most of his life around bluegrass and country music, touring with bands including The Hutchens and Lorrie Morgan. Lewell has a keen ear for music production and engineering. His approach when working with the artist brings out their absolute best in the studio, which helps to create a project that everyone involved can be proud of.
Lora Molen
Lora is the Director of Marketing at ATS Records. She was born into the world of bluegrass music and grew up with her dad playing in bluegrass bands, such as playing mandolin for Red Allen. Through her years of exposure to a diverse group of artists, she has gained the cognizance and ability to aide an artist in creating their brand and unique identity. She is a singer-songwriter and hosts Cumberland Sunday Morning on WDVX in Knoxville, TN alongside her husband, Lewell. The two of them are also the owners of MoJo Music and Production.
Milton Harkey
Founding member of the IBMA, Milton Harkey, is one of the most renowned promoters in bluegrass music. He is the founder and host of Bluegrass First Class, a North Carolina festival that has been showcasing some of the finest acts in bluegrass for nearly three decades. He is also the former manager of the famous Bluegrass Album Band. His wealth of knowledge of bluegrass music and show promotion makes him a valuable asset to the ATS team.
Vicky Hutchens
With her years of experience in business, finance and marketing, Vicky has proven that she knows what it takes to build and maintain a successful business. Being the Director of Operations of Bluegrass First Class has given her further insight into artist relations and promotion. As the Director of Business Operations at ATS Records, she provides our ATS artists with pertinent business knowledge to help them grow their music career.
Bill Hutchens
As a former country artist on Atlantic Records, Bill has experience with navigating the music industry from an artist's standpoint. This has given him the ability to understand the necessity of maintaining a positive relationship with industry professionals. Here at ATS, Bill is the Director of Artist Relations. He works as a liaison between our artists and the record label, making sure our artists' needs are met, and that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
